Australia and world wide delivery

All orders are shipped via Startrack Express or Australia Post.  Please allow 3-10 working days from dispatch for delivery for orders within Australia and up to 30 days for international delivery.  Please be advised shipping times are considerably longer due to COVID19 during this time.

Delivery information

All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.  Delivery times vary depending on your delivery location.  During the holiday periods, orders may take longer to dispatch. Although Anamalz makes every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we may have sold out of certain products. In the event that a product ordered has sold out, we will advise you prior to dispatch of your order.

Payment options

We accept payment via Afterpay, AMEX, ApplePay, VISA, Mastercard and ShopPay.  Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your online order.

Faulty or damaged product 

If for any reason your purchase arrived to you in less than perfect condition, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement and we will cover the cost of the return postage.  The items ordered must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt.  Please contact us via phone or email to report any damaged or faulty products:
