Lifetime Guarantee Policy
Thank you for choosing Wooden Anamalz Toys. We are committed to providing quality products that last a lifetime. Our Lifetime Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your toy.
Important Note
This guarantee only covers products manufactured at our Vietnam factory from 2020 onwards. Products made before 2020 are not covered under this warranty.
Terms and Conditions
Proof of Purchase: Please keep your receipt or other proof of purchase to qualify for the guarantee.
What's Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This does not include damage from misuse, neglect, accidents or product alterations.
Repair or Replacement: For covered defects, we will repair or replace your toy free of charge. If the exact product is unavailable, we'll provide a suitable alternative of equal value.
Making a Claim: Contact our customer service at info@anamalz.com with your proof of purchase and details of the defect. Once verified, we'll arrange repair or replacement.
Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the cost of sending the repaired or replacement product back to you.
Transferability: This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage from improper handling.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or end this guarantee at any time without notice. Claims made before any changes will be honoured under the terms at time of purchase.

Returns Policy FAQs
What is Your Return Policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your product to return it, provided it's in re-sellable condition: new, unopened, and in its original packaging. Damaged items or those returned in the retail packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. For defective products, please contact info@anamalz.com for assistance instead of returning them.
When Will I Receive a Refund?
Once we receive your return, we'll initiate the refund process, and you can expect the credit within 14 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to post the transaction to your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
How Do I Return a Defective Product?
If the item you received isn't working correctly, contact us via info@anamalz.com to arrange for a replacement part or full replacement.
How Do I Return a Damaged Product?
For items damaged during shipping, please refuse delivery if possible. If you've already accepted the delivery and find shipping damage, contact us immediately. Remember to retain all packaging material and paperwork for assistance.
